Blighted ovum or stress from mother in law?

What are some causes of a blighted ovum how do u know if it was me or the husband I was diagnosed with a possible blighted ovum at the er because I had been spotting for a week but it had all started wih a little bit if cramping after getting into it with my mother in law she started throwing **** at me calling me white trash(shes mexican) and I couldnt breath when I left my chest was on fire I finally had calmed down but is it possible thats where it started cramps started that day spotting started few days later I kno it wont help to kno but I kno major stress can cause a mc but dont know what happens to the baby or what not do u have a story of ur blighted ovum or stress
