I had a blighted ovum in 2010..can I now with this pregnancy?

I was pregnant in nov of 2010,had a blighted ovum.I am pregnant again.My dr thinks I am only in the first two weeks..My hcg is 145,at last look,and I am already spotting.Could this be another blighted ovum?
