What to bring to the DMV to get my license in Illinois?

I am 17 years old, and I will be getting my license. I know to bring my birth certificate, social security card, bank statement for proof of residency, and my permit but what am I missing? I have heard of awful experiences with my friends getting their licenses and I want to try and make it as easy as possible, even though it will be hell. What do I need to bring?
