My wife's friend has a new baby, now my wife wants one?

How do I show her she doesn't really want a baby, she just wants one because her friend has one? We agreed to wait a few more years as I finish residency but she is saying she is old. She is 30 and not old. Not she is blaming me for being selfish and not wanting a family.
