Could I be miscarrying?

You could have gotten pregnant the end of March or early April and your levels would match up. The ultrasound usually shows a fetal sac by now. Cardiac activity usually does show at 6 weeks, but it could be up to 8 weeks. If I were guessing, I would honestly think you may be miscarrying, or just earlier than you think.The odds are good for either. I had a blighted ovum, and my levels were normal.. They didn't start going down until I was around 12 weeks. That's usually when a blighted ovum shows on ultrasound and levels decrease because the placenta isn't there to take over in the 2nd trimester. Good luck.
