How can I become a U.S. Resident? or Get the ability to work in the U.S.?

Hello there, I was wondering if I'm able to some how apply for residency or some what the ability to work properly in the United States. I immigrated to the states at age of 3, my parents brought me here to the States and we enter the Country legally. Since then, I havent left the country I just graduated from High School a month ago. Is there anything I can do?? My grampa just became U.S. Citizen, my Aunt has been a U.S. Citizen for couple of years now.. What do you suggest me to do?? Thanks =)
