I don't know what i want to do as a career. Help!?

Helping you decide what to do is like helping you decide which guy to marry, or what you should choose for dinner tomorrow evening. It's all about personal taste. If you don't like studying, then there are almost no medical careers open to you. Everyone in medicine at every level, Doctors, Nurses, Xray Techs, Pharmacists, Medical Lab, all of it has a lot of difficult school to get through, and then it's a lifetime of continuing education to stay current. If your last seminar or class was over 90 days ago, then your education is out of date. You'll be taking courses, pursuing certificates, getting additional qualifications until the day you retire, no matter what you do. You need to sit down for a month, mull it over in your mind, and decide what you want to do. Then, decide how much you're willing to sacrifice to get there. Failing that, I hear the railroads are hiring Section Gang workers, putting in this new High Speed Rail that's going up all across the country.
