What is the most family friendly field if i want to become a doctor?

I know the internship and residency are crazy hectic, but once you are an attending, what is the most family friendly field? because i really value family, but have always dreamed of being a doctor. I don't want to be one of those parents that never is with their kids. Is private practice the way to go? Or what else? Thanks!
